Babolat adds a special Wimbledon cosmetic to the iconic Pure Drive. Featuring the same easy learning curve and explosive spec profile as the standard cosmetic this racket celebrates the game’s oldest major championship. Technologies include Babolat’s HTR System, which increases torsional rigidity for more efficient energy transfer to the ball. To help with vibration dampening, Babolat has devoted more space in the shaft to SWX Pure Feel, a thin and extremely flexible viscoelastic rubber that sits between the racket’s carbon layers. Additional features include FSI Power Technology, which optimizes the grommet system and string spacing for higher levels of power and spin. As with previous generations of the Pure Drive, this racket is perfect for those who want a light and explosive player’s racket. The special Wimbledon cosmetic is a nice bonus.
